Job Description:
- Drive Insurance Sales through various business and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and retail clients.
- Provide advisory solutions across Life, Health, and General Insurance.
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing wealth and broking clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client financial and protection needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for business growth and expansion.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Candidates from Broking Channel / Wealth Management / Financial Services preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling HNI and Affluent clientele preferred.
- Target-driven approach with consultative selling skills.
