Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead renewable energy infrastructure projects, including power evacuation systems, pooling substations, transmission lines, and associated electrical works.

The role involves end-to-end project execution from planning to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Manage end-to-end execution of renewable energy and power evacuation projects
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction teams, vendors, and contractors
• Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and costs
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Handle site execution, inspections, and approvals with clients and authorities
• Manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communication
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution
• Lead vendor selection, contractor management, and performance monitoring
• Conduct project reviews and ensure continuous improvement

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Civil / Mechanical preferred)
• Proven experience in project management within renewable energy / power sector / infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of EPC, transmission lines, substations, and site execution
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
